Estava criando personagens para uma história que eu estava em mente. Uma história com uma proposta feminista, e por isso as personagens deveriam ser fortes e independentes.

Quando eu comecei a fazer o desenho, tinha imaginado ela segurando um capacete na mão direita, pois "motoqueiras" me passam mais ainda a iéia de serem livres e independentes.
Mas eu já tinha decidido fazer ela de mini-saia, e não de shortinho. E como moto e mini-saia não combinam, acabei não fazendo o capacete.
E também porque eu acabei formando um certo preconceito, pois na maior parte das vezes em que se vê uma mulher segurando um capacete, ela não estáo com a moto dela, e sim, esperando "o homem". Então a imagem da "motoqueira" acaba passando uma idéia contraria do que eu gostaria.

Acreditem... eu gostaria muito que não fosse assim, mas...

History

I was creating characters for a story I had in mind. A story with a feminist proposal, so the characters should be strong and independent.

When I started to draw, I had in mind to put a helmet in her right hand, cause "she-bikers" pass me even more the idea of being free and independent.
But I already decided to make her wearing a tiny dress, and not a tiny shorts. And as moto-cycle and tiny dress don't combine, I finish not making the helmet.
And also cause I formed a preconcept at this age, cause most of the time we see a woman holding a helmet, she's not with her own moto-cycle, but waiting "the man". So, in the end, the "she-biker" image passes the oposite ideia I wish it to.

Believe... I wish a lot things were not this way, but...
